* We are a bunch who has this great attitude of staying positive even during adverse conditions. We focus on the positives and incorporate more of this on our daily work.

Challenge our self:

* We are keen on finding new challenges and avenues hence we possibly get restless at times. We constantly think of ways and means in which we could make our role interesting, may be by offering to train juniors and mentor them to suit the role.

Flexible working:

* Working from home one day for instance could give more variety. This is an option which is discussed with the senior managers.

Learn More:

* If some one feels that he/she is not being stimulated enough mentally, he/she can consider attending a course/training which is work related. This give them a  new insight, keep oneself fresh, and a value addition to the resume.
